Romanian Government should consider the situation of our driving licence in Jersey

There is a large comunity of our romanian people on Jersey Island and we are not alowed to change our European driving licence like all the other foreign people that are working and living here which their country has an agreement,we have to go through the driving test again which is not the hard part but  we have to pay alot for it just because our government doesnt want to sign the agreement
