STOP the eviction of Xejlan Krasniqi and her five children from Collective Center for Internally Dis

Xejlan Krasniqi (26) is a victim of domestic violence and a mother of five children. Her husband is in jail in Luxembourg, arrested because of domestic violence and Xejlan has been returned to Serbia according to the “Agreement on readmission of persons residing without authorization” after she declared violence to the authorities. She has been in Collective Center for Internally Displaced in Bela Palanka, Serbia from the end of October. The Commissariat for Refugees and Migration ordered EVICTION of Xejlan and her five children from the Center. Please SIGN, so the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration STOPS the EVICTION until the accommodation for her and her five children is found!

Xejlan Krasniqi (26) je zrtva porodicnog nasilja i majka petoro dece. Njen muz je uhapsen u zatvoru u Luksemburgu, posto ga je Xejlan prijavila za nasilje u porodici. Xejlan je vracena u Srbiju nakon toga, prema Sporazumu između Republike Srbije i
Evropske zajednice o readmisiji lica koja nezakonito borave u EU. Od oktobra, Xejlan se nalazi u Kolektivnom centru za interno raseljene u Beloj Palanci.
