Justice for Mocha! Punish the owners for severe neglect!

Shirley Zoskey, 57, and her son Nicholas, 33, starved their dog and kept him in inhumane conditions at their home on George Street in Lilly Borough, Cresson Township. Investigators are saying this is the worst case of animal neglect that they've ever seen. The dog was severely emaciated and starved, and was left with severely untreated scars and bruises all over its body.
