Virginia is participating in a multi-state lawsuit against the federal government over health care reform. Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli says the new legislation is unconstitutional, and that Congress can't force people to buy health insurance.
But the new health care policy will give around 32 million more Americans much-needed coverage, and make our country safer and healthier for individuals and families.
