While we appreciate the objectives and the thought behind having TVET College in our community Esikhawini (Now Esikhaleni) it is with embarrassment and shame that the credibility of the institution is at stake and if the issue persist it will compromise the careers of many students who are eager to learn and to participate and compete academically in the institution fairly and openly. However the constant occurrence by the institution to withheld or deducts results of students whenever the institution suspects leaked examination papers resulting in some students copying and others suffering due to the conduct of the few. We believe this, now traditional occurrence can only be linked to how the institution handles or manages these exams and demand that this be addressed immediately and that the Institution desist from unlawfully and senselessly withholding or deducting the results of all students due to the negligence of the institution or that of the department. We demand the that the institution immediately release all results to the students and to institute an urgent investigation into any suspicions of cheating the exams and put an end to it.
