Make "Dog Behavior for Law Enforcement" course completion a requirement for gun-carrying Officers!

After the tragic incident in Oklahoma involving Bruno the German Shepherd, I think it's high time that we trained gun-carrying officers to know how to deal with a dog instead of shooting first and asking questions later!

I want all the dog shootings/deaths to spark a nationwide movement to encourage states to make it a mandatory requirement for all officers to go through the “Dog Behavior for Law Enforcement,” class, which is designed to reduce the number of deadly force incidents while teaching officers how to recognize animal behavior and body language that can be threatening, before getting their guns! I want to make the world a better and safer place for our furry companions.
