Tell Dan Snyder: Stop Price-Gouging Your Fans!
It cost an average of $597 for a family of four to attend a Redskins game last season. Whatever your feelings on the team's controversial name, there's no denying the team has made attending its games unaffordable for a huge percentage of fans. The league is leaving us behind.
At the same time, Dan Snyder keep getting richer. In 2014, NFL teams collectively earned an estimated $12 billion, making the NFL the most lucrative sports league in the world.
Something's gotta give — and it shouldn't be fans' bank accounts. We don't have to sit back and take this anymore.
The Atlanta Falcons just took a big step in the right direction, slashing the cost of concessions to the lowest level among all major pro sports. As the team's CEO said, "We'll be able to feed a family of four at our games for $27."
The Redskins — and all NFL teams — should follow suit. Sign this petition telling Dan Snyder to stop gouging fans with outrageous concession prices.
