Pardon for Thomas Dean DeWolf

I am pleading for anyone reading this to believe in my son, Thomas Dean DeWolf, by signing this petition for a pardon and commutation of his sentence.  Thomas DeWolf was sentenced on July 22, 2005, to 144 months in prison for 1st degree sexual assault.  The circumstances surrounding this incident without a doubt prove his innocence.  The woman who filed a false statement against him has a history of falsely accusing other men of the same thing, but this was not found out until after the trial when her own parents gave testimony that she lied in the past about being raped by other men, who had a similar relationship with her like my son did.  The judge, however, denied a motion for a new trial.  More importantly, the evidence presented at the trial clearly showed there was no force of any kind.  However, the jury was prejudiced by an emotional display of sympathy for the woman as a helpless victim, when, in fact, she was a willing participant.  The prosector claimed post traumatic stress disorder as the basis for the 1st degree charge and used it as leverage to get bail set at $200,000, which kept my son incarcerated for six months until his trial.  Thomas has been wrongly incarcerated for 9 months now and his family wants him released.  He has five children, ages 8 to 1, who miss their Father very much and need your HELP!!!  Please sign this Petition to show your support.  Thank you for caring.
