URGENT: Tell Colorado's Congressional Leaders To Vote NO On Repealing the Affordable Care Act

Colorado leapt headfirst into the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and has reaped numerous benefits because of it. Individual and family annual and lifetime benefit limits are a thing of the past, individuals can't be denied health insurance coverage due to a preexisting condition, and Colorado's uninsured rate is near the lowest it has ever been.

Despite these gains, Congress is trying, yet again, to try and repeal the Affordable Care Act, which jeopardizes the health of our state. If the ACA were to be repealed, over half a million Coloradans could lose access to their care.

Though the ACA has its shortcomings, the law has provided the stability and peace of mind that comes from access to health care. Repeal could flush all of Colorado's gains away.

A vote could come any day now. We must raise our voices now to remind our representatives that the Affordable Care Act has done too much good to be thrown away.
