Stop Southeastern Virginia Arts Association's Recognition of Michael Vick!

How can anyone positively recognize such a heartless and cruel animal abuser?!?!  If he hadn't been caught, he would still be dogfighting!  He belongs in prison (or hell), not on a podium, accepting any award!
