Protecting Essential Workers

I'm a health care worker and I work 12 hour shifts and my unit holds Covid-19 positive patients and rule-out patients. By the time I get to the grocery store or walmart target etc... all and any type of bleach and Lysol products are gone including toilet paper. Which I use to sanitize myself and car and belongings I feel like grocery store and walmart, target or any type of store that carry these products should at least hold back a pallet for us Essential employees that are currently actively working show our badge or some type of paper given by our employer proving we are currently working to be able to purchase these items to protect ourselves
