Promote a sustainable healthy environment, natural landscape and livability in Eastern Oregon! Have you ever enjoyed scenic, beautiful, quiet rural Halfway Oregon approximately 14 miles from the Snake River? You won't any longer with the introduction of a 15 acre, 75 round trips a day, cumulative limit of 500,000 cubic yard gravel and batch asphalt plant.
