Stop puppy farmers from being able to breed or own animals

I want Ian Thomas and Angela Manning of Doodlepets to be banned from owning and breeding animals or anything to do with animals. They are puppy farmers who have been Co victim of dumping the bodies of 5 puppies like trash. He never returns emails of people who have bought puppies and they are poorly puppies to.
