The release of birds in the botanical garden Funchal in Madeira.

Many birds mainly parrots are confined in cramped and ugly cages. In the middle of the cage is normally one dry branch and a bowl of water and food. When I saw these poor captive birds I did not want any longer to explore this beautiful garden. I think that especially in a botanical garden all birds should be free !
