Russian animals Do need a law to be protected against cruel murders

The situation with outcasts is getting worse every day. They are considered to be trash and dog hunters are killing them cruelly with a strong belief that they are cleaning streets. The number of dog hunters is constantly growing, they have their own website where they share their “achievements”, they post blood-minded pictures and videos, and give advises how to kill poor creatures for sure.  

At the moment we can not solve this issue legally because we do not have LAW protecting animals against cruel treatment. These innocent creatures DO need law to protect them. We are the only one who can help them they are helpless themselves.
