Billy Joe Gregg Jr sits in jail charged with 12 counts of 2nd degree class misdemeanor animal abuse. He has now petitioned the Judge in the Case to be allowed to finish his exams at the Police Academy where he hopes to become an Officer of the Law. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN!!!! No one capable of stabbing, beating, kicking, stomping, and other atrocities to helpless, benign animals can be allowed to carry a gun or be in service to society in any way, or be granted the POWER that comes with a Law Enforcement position. THIS WOULD BE UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Dear Sirs and Madames,
It has come to we the undersigned attention that Billy Joe Gregg Jr of Union County Ohio is trying to become a Police Officer. He is in jail right now charged with 12 counts of 2nd degree misdemeanor animal abuse. This young man is out of control and has stabbed, beat, kicked, broke tails, stomped and done other horrendous things to innocent baby and adult Dairy Cows at the Conklin Dairy Farm. He was captured on video tape over several weeks performing these atrocities.
I implore you to deny his continued education in a service that would put a gun in his hand and the power to go out and rule over people, animals and situations in society. ALL serial killers started out as animal abusers. Perhaps this young mans next victims might be helpless and defenseless children. You can not take that chance. Please remove Billy Joe Gregg Jr from your program and see that he is not allowed to join any program that would elevate him to becoming a Cop and/or placing him in a position of authority.
