Legalize Longboarding in Wisconsin!

We the undersigned ask that any fellow Wisconsin longboarders who believe in a free street to ride on for transport and enjoyment to please sign this petition. Together we can bring this issue to the light that longboards are not property damaging skateboards and can be operated safely and efficiently on the roadway while having a positive impact on the environment. 
We are fighting to achieve road use similar to that of bikers. Currently the law does not allow longboarders any use of the road. 
According to Wisconsin State Law Longboards are not differentiated from skateboards and fall into the category of play vehicles. Play vehicles are not allowed on any roadways in the entire state except for crossing crosswalks.
