Stop Pitbull attacks on Service and guide dog's

My Service Dog was attacked twice by the same Pitbull, no one was arrested or charged. It took the city 2 weeks before they could find him. The lady hiding the Pit was not fined or charged. The State of Illinois Statute reads..it is illegal for a dog to attack a Service Dog, Guide Dog and or Therapy Dog. The first time is a class 3 misdemeanor the second time is a class 4 felony. No one has been charged, the Pitbull has been put down. The City needs to start enforcing the law, and start charging the owners, next time I will go over their heads and contact State Police.
