Demand punishment for a guy who killed piglet just to check his gun in Pakistan

I saw disturbing video yesterday in which a guy shot piglet just to check the range of his gun somewhere in Islamabad, Pakistan. The poor animal screaming in pain and left alone to take his last breath. This is pure evil act of extreme cruelty with no justification. The person who did this; must be punished for killing harmless soul for no reason. I demand government of Pakistan not only punish the culprits behind this video, but also strict the punishment for animal cruelty and make proper steps to create awareness and educating people about animal rights because everyday thousands of animals are killed, poisoned and severely abused but no one care and no one punished.
