DEMAND an end to using birds of prey as photo props on the srteets of ODESSA IN THE UKRAINE

These birds are in poor condition and not looked after in the manner they deserve,
I saw one White Tailed Eagle.and several other smaller Eagles of which I am not sure of
.they were tethered by bit of string or rope..this is not befitting for these magnificent birds.i would not mind if they were looked after and looked in fine condition..they ARE NOT AND I DEMAND THAT THE MAYOR OF ODESSA TAKE NOTICE...SHAME ON ODESSA FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO SUCH MAJESTIC BIRDS
