A Requisite for Faster Commutes

Large scale traffic jams cause a wide array of problems for a community. None more so prevalent for those involved during peak "rush hour" times, is being late to worj, school, or an event. So in short I propose we install a "hot wheels" style loop, super loop, "power shift raceway" or any form of the matter, to bypass the slowest parts of traffic and offer a "full speed ahead" type of approach for those cappable and willing.
