JUSTICE for DOBY !!!

Doby was a 6 month old male Doberman that was hurt badly. April 3, 2019 the El Paso County Sheriff's Dept. got a call that a dog outside was in bad shape for days unable to eat starving in awful condition. His mouth appeared to have been blown off with a cherry bomb from what I've heard. His jaw and tongue were blown off bleeding with flies all over him. The El Paso County Sheriffs Dept. went that day but couldn't get him so they didn't go back until 4 days later!!! Then on April 7, 2019 they picked him up and brought him to El Paso Animal Services where he was then euthanized. I am asking for JUSTICE to be done for this poor dog who suffered severely for days. El Paso County needs to enforce the laws here agianst animal cruelty!!! This is a criminal offense!!!! An arrest needs to be made immediately before this happens again!!!!
