No Drilling in the Polar Bear Seas

As an Engineer I know Shell Oil cannot drill for oil in the Arctic without having a bad spill. Their record so far in the Arctic proves this. One spill in the Arctic will doom much of the wildlife in the area to horrible deaths and ruin the Arctic for years to come.
