"Breaking Bottles and glass on the ground. Make this illegal!!

Here is why you should stop smashing bottles, and make it Illegal.. When glass ends up on the ground in a public place, it will stay there for a while.Essentially, broken glass on sidewalks won't go away until someone cleans it up. Why, I think this is an issue breaking glass bottles or just glass, on the ground when there's garbage bin's and garbage cans near, but yet decide to break it on the ground. Especially for the ones who like to Ride there bicycle to enjoy the outside and popping the tire from the glass. Here's my answer to this solution, Vice Versa.. Make this Illegal!, For the safety of Pets, Kids, and the Public.!!
