Increase Recycling rates at the Green at Chevy Chase

The recycling rates at the Green at Chevy Chase Apartments are absolutely awful.  My guess is that the recycling rate is at 25% or below.  Buffalo Grove, IL has been chosen as the city to represent Illinois in the Recyclebank-SC Johnson Recycling Challenge where there is $100,000 up for grabs for the Village of Buffalo Grove.  The recycling at the Green at Chevy Chase is low and needs improvement not only for this challenge but for the improvement of the United States.
