Don't touch an ANIMAL if you are not an animal lover.

To many people abuse animals. They have to change the laws. Right now the abusers get a slap on the wrist and they go out and do it again and again. Register the assholes like they do with the child molesters and make a tough laws for the ones they get cut with the animal after the first time they abuse one. IF YOU ABUSE AN ANIMAL ONES YOU WILL DO IT AGAIN. So they have to stay far far away from animals........ I am just saying.
