Stop Littering in the Ocean!

We the undersigned have concerns about our oceans, there is tons and tons of trash like plastic bottles, and alot of other stuff. So we'd really appreciate if you could do something anything maybe a fine if people littered,or signs.Please and maybe if we get 1,000 signatures could- would you please do something about it.
