Urge disabled people to carry their own straws

Since plastic straws are harmful - along with other non-recycled plastics -disabled people who really need straws could carry their own glass or heavy plastic straws for use at restaurants, etc. Those straws could be easily cleaned and ready for the next use, maybe even in the restaurant's restrooms.
