If you truly believe in equality why only is it fair for humans? Help end DOG BANS around the U.S

my dear dog Hope has been thru a shelter 3 times, sent back by her owners because of her size, she is attached to me and would be emotionally devastated without me, I have to leave for collage soon and they will not let me bring her with me since she is a Pitbull/mastiff mix, do not let this fool you because she is beloved around the neighborhood and the shelter staff all loved her, she has a very sad story and I do not wish my absence to add to it, she is a senior dog now and if i leave her with my parents I fear it might be our last time together, by banning dog breeds innocent animals get cruel endings at shelters, endings they do not deserve and all out of human irresponsibility and fear.
