Beating and Killing dogs!

There is a post being sent around Facebook showing and describing a man with what looks like a dead dog! He breeds them but also beats and is killing them!The only address I could get is the corner of Jackson and Harrison in Kennett,Mo! Please help me stop this!

Please help me stop this man from running a puppy mill, the neighbors are trying to do their best to stop  him. They see him beat and kill the dogs on a daily basis and are horrified! His address is 203 W. Harrison Street in Kennett MO. This year as of January 1st 2016, killing of an animal is equal to MURDER of a human being!
