Back along, Burberry announced that they would end their real fur sales and that they were going to destroy their real fur stock. It would have been better if they had, perhaps, donated the real fur items to the homeless and/or other needy people, but I will thank and commend them for deciding to end their sales of real fur from animals that are tortured and killed for their skins, just for fashion and profit.
However, I have read that Burberry, as of 2018, *still* test on animals for cosmetics. Some companies may only test on animals in order to sell their products in countries that require animal testing by law before products can be sold for the public there, but this is still unnaceptable. Animals' lives are worth more than unnecessary commercial gain. With so many cruelty-companies out there, the tide is turning against animal testing for cosmetics. Burberry, it's time to stop testing on animals for cosmetics.
