Bring back a fenced off area for dogs off leash at Wellpark

After witnessing two dogs off their leash attack and injure a passing dog which was on its leash, I feel that the area specified for dogs to be allowed off their leads safely should be brought back to the Wellpark.

I myself own a large dog that I find has nowhere to be safely let off of his leash to run around freely and exercise. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting him off the lead in the park without the fenced off area for him to play in safely, out of the way of playing children or passers by.

I feel as a dog owner myself, bringing back the specific fenced off area will stop issues like the mentioned attack happening again in future as owners will have a specific area where they can take their dogs and allow them to be off of their leash.
