Chipaque , Stop torturing stray dogs , Help them , do not put them in garbage trucks

PLEASE SIGN.....,In Chipaque Cundinamarca Colombia, the health Department of this city , gives orders to pick up stray dogs in garbage trucks assuming that this poor creatures are part of the garbage . We have a video where the public workers pick up this dogs and put them in this garbage trucks. The police do not help the people complaining about this horrific act ,but instead they help the workers.                                                              We ask Camilo Albeiro Pardo Muños to stop this abuse against stray dogs and give them proper care and help this animals. People qualified to take care of stray dogs are those who defend them. Not garbage colectors.
