Constitutional Fracking Ban in the State of Oregon

Oregon does not have any fracking at this time within the state, but we need to stop and prevent any fossil fuel company from coming into the state. Under this petition, we need to have the voters of this state vote on a constitutional amendment banning from ever setting up shop within our state.
