The House committee investigating the attack on the Capitol is about to release its report and hold its final public meeting, and one of its last unresolved questions is whether to recommend Trump face criminal charges.

There is overwhelming evidence that Trump broke laws when he stoked the fires of insurrection. And while charging a former (and potentially future) president would be unprecedented, so were Trump's actions, and so is the threat he continues to pose. For the good of our nation, he needs to pay for his crimes.
The DOJ will ultimately make the decision, but a formal recommendation from Congress carries a lot of weight, and will no doubt have an impact. Time is short, so tell them to take this step, and make sure to spread the word so that they hear from as many people as possible, as quickly as possible.
