Demand the city of Santa Ana to build a designated safe dog areas

The historical city of Santa Ana has missed the significance of showing all surrounding cities to have a safe public dog exercise area. So these hundreds and hundreds of signatures would like the city of Santa Ana to build such an area on the land proposed.
