Save the Pelham Falls and Chatsworth Property Values from New Construction

Your help is needed! The beautiful homes in Chatsworth and Pelham Falls are subject to new construction that is likely to reduce the property values and overall outdoor aesthetics along the Rocky Creek area.

Currently, trees are being cut down for a road and new structure in an environmentally sensitive area of wet lands on the bank of Rocky Creek directly behind the Pelham Falls and Chatsworth neighborhoods.

The access road to the, "proposed structure" is directly behind four homes in Pelham Falls Subdivision (Greer, SC) and leads to, what will be a 16' wide x 52' long metal storage container built on 10' stilts, which is within 20' of two homes in Pelham Falls and within 25' of Rocky Creek itself.

This structure contradicts the fundamental object and purpose of the restrictive covenants that are in place to create a harmonious whole in our neighborhoods; to preserve the value of the property for the owners of the homes and lots in the subdivisions of Chatsworth and Pelham Falls. Allowing this structure and road to be built will be exceedingly detrimental to adjacent and nearby property owners and to everyone's quality of life in this area.

THEREFORE, WE the undersigned, request our Greenville County Officials stop this proposed building on the banks of Rocky Creek by Lewis Young.

This can happen to any of us and we thank you for your support and understanding.
