Stop Using poor animals to earn money

Ukraine. Every year a lot of people use animals on Odessa`s streets to earn money.Make pictures with tourists and so on. They don`t have any permission to keep animals,specially in such terrible conditions. Give them drugs to make animals be not angry and quiet. They don`t feed them well and after some seasons - animals die! Let`s stop this...
