Raise the gasoline excise tax to fund clean energy

It's been 20 years since there has been an increase in the gasoline tax! While it's revenue was supposed to fund highway maintenance, to do so today would not encourage people to drive less. The revenue from this $1.00 per gallon tax must be used to fund clean energy!
