Many residents have caught a sweet wind of change; MULCH! "Smart Farm Permaculture" rejuvenating barren land isn't all roses though, a small handful of folks have made a "stink" about "minor inconvenience" over "innovative evolution." After various EPA officials have deemed the air, water & earth tested, prime & begging to be fertile again with a nudge of mulch to resurrect it! every wasted acre would obviously feed many families/ livestock & create jobs!
