Hamilton did more for this great nation than Thomas Jefferson ever did. Hamilton built an industrial-based nation, Jefferson built a mere farmhouse. Jefferson's hypocracy reflected poorly upon him during his tenure as president. Hamilton did nothing wrong, and he died nobly in a duel.
