Dogs , Cats and other animals needs is love ! not to treat cruelty and abusive owners!!!!!!!!!

the issue in here was all the owners of cat's Dogs and other Animals that who want is just love need to learn how important was them to in our life ! and of course for the Abusive owner and treat them bad and kill them tsk! are need to be punished by the power of the law! they need to make a law that any citizen who hurt animals and abused them will be punished for 10 years of prison why?? because the animals they killed who want to live in our world and need is just love of us they will not bring the life of animals they killed and happiness of them they deserved!
