Keep the Dolphin Cortez From Moving to Another Facility!

This petition is for the beloved dolphin Cortez, who might move to another facility. I want to prevent this because Cortez is my favorite dolphin in the whole park, not to mention a lot of others, and we would be heartbroken if he moved. Please help!!
