Don't Allow Feld Entertainment to Send their Tigers to a German Circus

Last week, terrified Henry County, Georgia residents frantically called police, posted on social media and hid inside their vehicles when they saw the surreal sight of a tiger walking around their neighborhood. But no one could have been more terrified than Suzy the tiger herself.

And now she's dead, shot by officers who chose to take her life to protect the area's human residents.

Feld Entertainment, the parent company to the now defunct Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus was transporting Suzy and other animals from Florida to Tennessee when the driver stopped along the way allowing Suzy break free.

Suzy the tiger's death is not the first at the hands of Feld. Previously, one tiger was shot point blank while she was still in her cage and another time, careless employees left a lion to overheat to death in a box car.

Now that Ringling Bros has closed its doors, Feld wants to continue making money off these animals' pain and they have recently applied to the federal government for a permit to send their big cats to slave away overseas in a German circus.

We can't let that happen. Who knows what will happen to the remaining 14 big cats once they get to Germany.

Please sign the petition and ask US Fish and Wildlife to deny Feld's permit to export these endangered species overseas and let's protect them from even more years of animal circus cruelty.

Dear US FWS,

As an animal lover, I strongly urge you to deny the permits sought by Feld Entertainment to transport tigers to a circus in Germany. The company has proven that it cannot care for these wild animals' welfare and they should not be allowed to further profit from animal abuse.
