This November, Spokane has a unique chance to pass historic investments in long awaited public transit infrastructure. By 2040, Spokane's population is set to increase by nearly 165,000 people. Proposition 1 will help revamp the way Spokane County moves, with new bus routes to help people get to work and more frequent stops at places like local hospitals and universities.

Public transportation is a crucial piece of moving Washington towards a clean energy economy and can significantly reduce pollution and toxins in our air that cause asthma, respiratory diseases, and links to cancer.
