200 donkeys found starved in Colombia, find and prosecute those who did this and improve the animal

200 donkeys have been found starved on a farm in Colombia, the owner(s) hadn´t even given them water, this is barbaric and cruel and has to be punished really hard, but Colombia also needs animal care laws!!!
