Convicted Rapist of a 4 yr old girl up for parole

This man raped a four year old little girl. He was sentenced to 15-75 yrs in prison, he is coming up for parole in January 2010. After 20 years in prison he still believes himself to be innocent, even though there was more than enough evidence proving him to be guilty. He will not get help, or take responsibility for his actions. There for he is a danger to all little girls in the world. Please help me keep this man behind bars, and keep our children safe.
