El Senado el proyecto de ley 1890

Senate Bill 1890

Esta ley no beneficia ni a los dueños , ni a las mascotas.Esto es lo que EL Governador de Puerto Rico quiere pasar en esta ley 1890.Con esta ley muchos mascoticas sera sacrificadas debemos de parar ante que firme el Governador esto es el escrito. This law does not benefit the owners, or to what HE is mascotas.Esto Governor of Puerto Rico want to pass this law in many pets 1890.Con this law must be sacrificed to stop the Governor to sign this is the writing.
Se ha aprobado en la Camara de Representantes y en el Senado el proyecto de ley  1890. It has been approved in the House of Representatives and Senate Bill 1890.

El mismo se hizo para favorecer a la raza de perros pitbulls en la isla y asi romper con su prohibicion.  Si el gobernador firma esta ley, los perros pitbulls ya no seran prohibidos en la isla.  Se les va a considerar como perros peligrosos, pero ya no los mataran al instante como hasta ahora lo hacian. The same was done to favor the breed of dogs pitbulls on the island and thus break your prohibition. If the governor signs this bill, the dogs will no longer banned pitbulls in the island. They are going to consider as dangerous dogs, but no longer be killed instantly as they did until now.

Ok, hasta ahi vamos bien....  la cosa es que en adicion a eso, el Proyecto de Ley 1890 no va discriminar contra todas las demas razas, asi que TODAS las DEMAS RAZAS, seran clasificadas como razas peligrosas.  O sea, que si tienes un perro grande y que pese mas de 60 libras (aunque este en sobrepeso) sera una raza peligrosa.  Pero, por si las moscas, raza peligrosa se clasifica como cualquier perro que pueda causar daño a la persona, asi que un chihuahua, un sato, un dalmata, un cocker o un golden retriever caera en esta categoria. Ok, so here we go .... the good thing is that in addition to that, the 1890 Bill will not discriminate against all other races, so all other races, will be classified as dangerous breeds. In other words, if you have a large dog weighing more than 60 pounds (although this in overweight) will be a dangerous race. But just in case, race is classified as dangerous any dog that might harm the person, so a chihuahua, one sato, a Dalmatian, a golden retriever or a cocker fall into this category.

Por si fuera poco, el dueño de mascota tendra que tener la prueba de que ha pagado un seguro de responsabilidad publica de un minimo de $300,000.00 en adicion a un registro oficial.  Asi si tu perro muerde a una persona o si tu perro asusta a una persona, esta persona te demandara y cobrara su seguro. To make matters worse, the pet owner will have to have proof that he has paid public liability insurance of a minimum of $ 300,000.00 in addition to an official record. So if your dog bites a person or if your dog scares a person, this person will sue and recover your insurance.

Y sip, escucharon bien... And sip, listen well ... 300,000.00  dolares americanos, por cada perro que tengas en tu hogar.  De otra forma, te lo podrian confiscar y obviamente, matar si es que no puedes o no quieres pagar el seguro. 300,000.00 U.S. dollars for each dog you have in your home. Otherwise, I could seize and obviously kill if you can not or will not pay for insurance.

Como les va?  Hasta la fecha todo el mundo habla pero nadie ha protestado ante semejante atropello. Como les va? So far everyone is talking but no one has protested to such an outrage.

Si querian proteger a los pitbulls bien por mi, pero pq tienen que clasificar a mis mascotas como peligrosas tambien?   Porque tengo que pagar un seguro que ni mi propia casa lo tiene? If you wanted to protect the pitbulls well for me, but pq have to classify as dangerous to my pets too? Because I have to pay insurance to my own home or has it?

Pero venga....Puerto Rico lo hace mejor. But come .... Puerto Rico does it better.
