KEEP CHILD RAPIST IN PRISON

Stephen Woodruff is in the Ohio Prison for 1 count of kidnapping and 3 counts of raping my 11 yr old daughter..He comes up for parole in Nov...He has been in there for 16 yrs and if he gets out he will do this again...I watch my 11 yr old daughter have his baby....Please keep him in prison...Keep our children safe..
