Maltreatment dog.
On 17-08-2009, Dogs was maltreated by truck driver dragged it to wipe the street with no reason.
Why it was the surprise for general people to see.
The truck driver (TOYOTA Hilux Vigo-black registration number 8994 Bangkok) and some helper tied a rope around Thai brown neck and dragged the helpless dog to wipe the street behind his truck until he was dead.
Be considered a normal event, it would be yes. Because it has Thai middle-aged man who took a control in the back of the truck to check the order.
